Although I paid for UPS shipping to get the dress for sure, the dress never got it out of LA because it was sent back to sender right after it was out for shipment, and they sent me an email that said it was delivered to me when it was completely returned. I tried to email to the address this brand has provided on this website, but it says the email address does not exist, and I could not reach out. I sent them a chat and dm on instagram too, but no response.
